Bathroom coatings are not a new phenomenon as they have been around for many years. However, it is only recently that its true benefits are starting to be noticed. These are huge figures, and there is no doubt that if even a proportion of this could be used instead on protective coatings in the bathroom – the impact on the environment will be significant.

By using protective coating in your bathroom, you will be able to cut down on your costs on chemical cleaning products. This will in turn help minimise the amount of harmful chemicals being released into the environment.
Therefore, using coating will not only have a positive impact on the environment, but it will also reduce your time spent in cleaning. Most household owners when making a new purchase rarely consider the impact their decision may make on the environment. However, with increasing awareness of the environment this view is now starting to change.
Most customers do not prioritise how environmentally friendly the product will be when they are deciding which one to go for. This is due to the fact that other factors such as price and appearance are fundamentally more important to the customer. However, if the manufacturer can somehow promote the eco-friendliness of the product without compromising on its price, then it may be possible to appeal to more customers.
It should be noted that customers will not be the only ones that will benefit from using coatings in their bathroom. There is also a corporate and social responsibility involved. If more businesses started using coatings in their bathrooms the impact on the environment will be huge.
